For our SAP/thermal calculations we use plans provided by you, either hard copy or electronic (any format) to collate data about the proposal, we calculate U values for the proposed construction and carry out the calculation process.  We will contact you if information is missing or the proposal does not comply.

We will provide value engineering and we will advise on ways of achieving compliance.

We use Government approved software to carry out the appropriate calculations. 

For our water efficiency calculations we will need to know the type and number of fittings used.  We will then assess the water efficiency using Government approved software.

To save paper we will send you electronic copies of the calculations.
