With the requirement for Energy Performance Certificates to be provided for newly created dwellings completed on or after 6 April 2008 we are fully accredited and can offer this service in addition to those already provided.

2. Domestic thermal and Carbon Dioxide comparison calculations to demonstrate compliance with The Building Regulations 2000.
