Total Building Design started in 2007 as Building, Energy and Fire Consultants.  The original focus for the business was to concentrate on the energy side and so accreditation from Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd was obtained.  More recently, with changes in legislation, we have received Elmhurst Energy Assessor Accreditation and have membership of a Government Approved Accreditation Scheme to produce EPC's for newly created dwellings.  The software used to provide the calculations is also Government Approved. 

Calculations for building regulation purposes can be provided for dwellings created by new build or by conversion, extensions, substantially glazed extensions and work required where renovating thermal elements.
